BLACK SEED: It is soothing and anti-inflammatory. You can apply it cold to relieve inflamed skin, especially sunburn, hives or rashes, or take as an infusion for its soothing and anti-allergic properties. It also has detoxifying and purifying properties.
LAVENDER: It has soothing, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. You can use it as an essential oil or cold infusion to soothe rashes, redness, eczema and sunburn. Pure oil will be great for insect bites.
MORINGA: it is cleansing and soothing. It can be a good alternative to soaps for sensitive skin. Oatmeal baths are ideal for exfoliating, cleaning and nourishing the skin, especially if you have them very sensitive or dry.
MINT: It is digestive, analgesic and antiseptic. You can use it as a lotion by mixing it with a few drops of oil. It will be great to massage your skin. It also goes great to repel mosquitoes.
