Not throwing caution to the wind, nor remaining rigid, a personal tip that I used to Release over 80 pounds, is to either set a timer or establish a distance I would reach within the park for example. The path and key to weight release is hitting your own personal goal.  To illustrate, let us say you work full time, are a parent or in school, better yet all three. There will be days and periods of time where you flat out cannot get an extensive 60-minute workout in, here’s the anchor removed, you do not need it! When you set your timer and walk 20 or 30 minutes or determine that you will walk to the second pond in the park for that day, you have just knocked out and completed a personal goal and task of the day. Who is prouder than you but you? You are elated, drifting back to memories and moments when you were the “man or the woman”. Your chest sticks out like an action hero and “September” by the elements known as Earth, Wind, and Fire play in your head. “Right hand high for you” in my Lil Kim voice, daily goal achieved!
